To celebrate Family History Month this August, SAG will be hosting this free in-person member event - FamilySearch: Tips and Tricks to Enhance Your Experience presented by Thomas Nelson. 


Thomas Nelson is a Content Preservation Manager for FamilySearch based in Salt Lake City Utah.

Tom currently is assigned to work with the Pacific area (which includes Australia, New Zealand and all of the countries in the Pacific) looking at record collections and those that may be beneficial to help preserve and provide access to on familysearch.org. He has also worked with the Africa area and has been employed by FamilySearch for ten years.

Prior to working for FamilySearch, Thomas was a professional genealogist for fifteen years.

Bookings are essential for this session.
