Topic: Sharing

The theme for this meeting is Sharing. For the first half of the session each of you will be asked to talk for about five minutes about your Caribbean research, using the below points as prompts. You can present using slides if you wish, or you can just talk.

• Tell us about your Caribbean family. Who were they, where did they live, when, any interesting stories about them.
• What resources have you found useful in your research
• What is your key research question that you want to answer to learn more about your Caribbean family.

For the second half of the session we will be exploring some of the resources that can be used in Caribbean research. If you have any that you would like to share with the group, please bring some information along about them. I will also be sharing some of my knowledge about resources.

We will also spend the last 5-10 minutes of the session discussing ideas for the group for 2022, such as guest presenters, topics, or presentations you might like to give.
