AncestryDNA Clustering. Presenter: Christine Woodlands

Grouping your AncestryDNA matches is the first step in understanding your connection to all those “unknown” cousins who could help you solve your DNA dilemma(s). We’re expecting you will have some exposure to AncestryDNA groupings. We'll provide information prior to the session for those new to grouping or who want a refresh. We’d like to hear from you at DNASydneyDiscussion@gmail.com if-

  • you’d like to share how grouping helped you break down a brick wall or
  • you have a match of over 60cM at AncestryDNA that you can’t place in your tree or
  • you have issues in grouping your matches.

Over the next few weeks, you’ll work with us to present case studies on the day which will be used to promote discussion with the group.

This is an online session. It will NOT be recorded due to privacy reasons, so you should only book if you can attend live.

Skill level: Intermediate     Convenor: Veronica Williams
