This is a recording of a presentation by John Cardinal to the TMG Group in August 2017.

John has developed a program call GEDSITE, which compiles a customisable web site or writes HTML files on CD/DVD, using a GEDCOM file as the input data. Programs that can write a GEDCOM or use GEDCOM as their native file format will work with GEDSITE.

The DNA Research Group is an ideal forum for both beginners and the more experienced to share practical ways to work with test results, aimed at those who are serious about interrogating their results further. Whilst we welcome beginners, some pre-knowledge of basic DNA concepts is presumed as this is a collaborative working group. Before you attend a Research Group meeting you should have at least a basic awareness of the concepts covered in the DNA Research, Key Concepts webinar. SAG members are reminded they can join the DNA Research Group private ‘blog' which provides members with links to a range of different sites to help you with your DNA research and to ask questions of other members. If you wish to join the blog please contact the convenor Veronica Williams via email genemonkey25@gmail.com quoting your membership number.
